Our Northwest production facility is located in Columbia Falls, Montana. With over 120,000 square feet of manufacturing space capacity, this plant provides factory precision, product testing and quality control.  As first-to-market producers of CLT, we offer cutting edge manufacturing processes that have been tested over the past 10 years. Certified by ANSI/APA, our facility meets all the requirements to achieve PRG 320 product certification.

Dothan, AL

Our Southeast production facility in Dothan, Alabama is the first manufacturer to offer Southern Yellow Pine CLT products in the US. The state of the art 225,000 square-foot plant is ANSI/APA certified and meets all the requirements to achieve PRG 320 product certification.

  • Annual Production Capacity: 2,090,000 ft3 (59,180 m3)
  • CLT max size is 11.5 ft W x 51.4 ft L x 12 3/8 in D
  • Glulam production automated line double press max size 12in W x 48 in D x 60 ft L
  • Manual custom curve press max length 60ft
  • Glulam Species: Southern Pine and Douglas Fir
  • CLT Species: Southern Pine
